LSPC were appointed to carry out extensive external wall insulation works to this mixed domestic and retail development.
The new building was constructed using a steel frame with blockwork infill. We then installed a 120mm Mineral Fibre insulation system and finished with a Silicone K1.5 render finish. The use of the thicker insulation board enabled LSPC to incorporate and hide wind posts to give a uniform appearance.
